4. RETURNS If you're not satisfied with your online purchase, you can return the item(s) for an exchange or credit; All returns must be made within 10 working days of the purchase date with a copy of the original invoice, otherwise your order will be sent back at the customer's expense. Returns can take up to 1 week to be processed once we receive them. When your return is processed, we will send you a notification email.
In order to process your return as quickly as possible, please include your name, email address and invoice number. Please indicate what you are returning, the reason why and whether you require an exchange or credit.
