Please note that all shipping costs are in New Zealand Dollar (NZD) currency. International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. In accordance with New Zealand export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.

If the receiver refuses to pay taxes and duties, the item(s) will be returned to sender and the order will be refunded, excluding the return and original shipping fee.

Please enter your shipping address correctly, as once your order has been received and dispatched, we can not alter address details and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend if it is returned to sender.

SHIPPING

 

1. DELIVERY COST

Costs vary based on the shipping location. To work out your shipping cost online simply add the items you wish to order to your cart, fill out your shipping address, then see your total and delivery cost at checkout.

Free shipping option will be available to online orders that exceed $50 inclusive of GST, for New Zealand orders only.

2. DELIVERY TIMES

Most in stock orders for standard delivery placed before 1:00 pm will be shipped on the same day. All orders within New Zealand are a 1-2 day delivery service, this time-frame is not guaranteed by The Skin Kitchen. For rural deliveries add an extra 2 days.

All orders for Australia are a 2-6 working day delivery service, this time-frame is not guaranteed by Maki. For rural deliveries add an extra 2 days.

You will be notified of shipping via a confirmation email.

3. TRACKING

Your unique tracking number will be emailed to you with your shipping confirmation and is also available under My Orders in My Account.
